About scrml
What scrml is, what it is not, who is building it, and why the project exists.
This page is still short. What is here is accurate.
scrml is an in-development full-stack language for the browser. The current release is v0.8.0 (tagged 2026-09-26). The working compiler is written in TypeScript; a second compiler written in scrml is being built as a bootstrap in the same repository and is not yet usable on its own. MIT-licensed; source at github.com/bryanmaclee/scrml .
